Registration

Registration for 2011 – 2012 is now open to current students, alumni, and new students!

 

How to Register

  1. Print out and complete the Parent Information Form.
  2. Print out two copies of the Lake Washington Institute of Technology Registration Form. Please complete both copies in your name. You will not need a student number or course number. Remember to sign both forms.
  3. Write a check payable to Lake Washington Toddler Group for the reservation fee. The cost per family is $95 for singles or siblings, $130 for twins. This fee is non-refundable.
  4. Bring your completed forms and reservation check to the next Open House or mail them to the following address.

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your enrollment. Orientation information will be mailed in August. We hope you and your child will enjoy our program!
